Nimrod Scott What an extraordinary collaboration! My respect for Robert Rich and Steve Roach knows no bounds and this creative concert brought both of them together at the top of their game. The format, with two solos followed by "The Electronic Duo" playing together allowed us all to hear their talents showcased in the best way. Hanging out live in the Listening Party was an exceptional experience and it afforded many of us to speak directly to the artists and share our appreciation. Peace! Favorite track: LightBorn.

We present this soulful 30 year reunion between two stalwarts of Ambient-Electronic music in its entirety, exactly as it occurred. Steve and Robert answered the urge for unification after a very long orbit and 40 year friendship, reuniting and engaging their collective creative process, fueled with decades of individual innovations, genre defining releases and worldwide concerts. Recorded live to a sold-out audience on December 5, 2023 at the Club Congress, Tucson Arizona. The set flowed through solo and duo passages, culminating in pieces from the classics Strata and Soma. The energy was electric throughout the night and the set that formed with a rapt audience is beautifully captured, presenting what feels like a hybrid studio - live convergence within the waves of now.

As bonus tracks this Bandcamp version includes the complete concert optimized in 2 parts for gapless play between the individual pieces, as the performance crossfades between them.

This record spans some of Roach's signature styles, like the percolating synths in "Currents of Compassion", the dreamy abstraction of "Prometheus Passage", the tribal rhythms of "The Gone Place", and the elegiac majesty of "What Remains".
